Job Description * Prepare detailed estimates and conceptual budgets for carpentry and interior construction projects * Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities * Coordinate bid activities and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders * Develop project costs, pricing strategies, and estimate deliverables for competitive pursuits * Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to support project planning and successful execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
