Job Description * Prepare detailed estimates and conceptual budgets for carpentry and interior construction projects * Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities * Coordinate bid activities and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders * Develop project costs, pricing strategies, and estimate deliverables for competitive pursuits * Partner with preconstruction and operations teams to support project planning and successful execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Carpentry Estimator should have: * 5+ years of estimating experience within commercial construction, carpentry, or interiors * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience * Strong understanding of competitive bidding, conceptual estimating, and cost analysis * Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills * Detail-oriented professional with strong ethics, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities What's on Offer Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary + bonus potential + comprehensive benefits package * Award-winning workplace with extensive training, tuition reimbursement, and mentorship opportunities * Comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, paid leave, wellness programs, and company-paid insurance * Long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned organization that promotes from within
