Overview Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech travel assignment in Burlington, VT. Start date: 09/07/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: 2,512–2,686 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: Sun–Wed, four 10-hour night shifts (8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.). This assignment will be in a large teaching hospital environment with multiple on-campus sites. Key Highlights

- Setting: travel assignment at a large teaching hospital with multiple on-campus sites
- Additional scheduling notes: weekends on an as-needed basis; bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; no block schedules
- Perform ultrasound examinations across abdomen, gynecology, vascular, and breast-related studies as clinically indicated
- Optimize imaging parameters, ensure proper patient positioning, document findings, and maintain high image quality
- Assist with breast biopsy procedures and related ultrasound-guided techniques as trained
- Adhere to established protocols and patient safety standards; follow infection control procedures
- Document exams and results accurately in the EMR (Epic) and communicate findings to the care team
- Provide efficient patient care during the scheduled night shift and participate in on-call or weekend coverage as required
- ARDMS certification in abdomen, gynecology, and vascular; BLS certification
- Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency) acceptable
- Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
- Experience in a breast care center and performing breast biopsies
- Large teaching hospital experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required
- Public transportation is not available in the area; reliable transportation required; vehicles should have all-season or snow tires (Nov–Apr)
- Ability to work Sun–Wed schedule with four 10-hour night shifts; weekends as needed
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
