They are looking for a driven Business Development professional with an established book of business who can bring energy, build referral relationships and help take the business to the next level.

The role:Drive new business development and grow Private Duty Home Care referrals across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin CountyBuild and develop relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals and community organisationsUtilise your existing book of business to generate new opportunities and increase market shareTake ownership of your territory, with complete autonomy over your approach and strategyBring energy and enthusiasm to the business, helping create a proactive, growth-focused cultureWork closely with the existing office team, who will support intake and onboardingOpportunity to recruit additional marketing support as the business growsPotential to take on approximately 20% operational responsibilities, managing a team of five, with the flexibility to shape the role around your strengths
Required competencies:Proven experience in Private Duty Home Care or a related non-skilled care sectorAn established book of business across Palm Beach, Broward or the Treasure Coast is highly desirableA strong track record of generating new business and developing referral relationshipsDriven, enthusiastic and proactive, with the ability to create opportunities rather than simply react to themExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCommercially minded, with the motivation to grow a profitable businessLeadership or operational management experience would be beneficial for the broader role xzbcwsv
