Role Summary: The Creative Director shapes the overarching creative vision for our advertising agency and our real estate clients. You will lead the creative department, spearhead major pitches, and inspire teams to produce campaigns that drive property sales and brand prestige. Real estate experience is a plus, but a standout, high-quality portfolio is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Define and maintain high creative standards for luxury, commercial, and residential real estate campaigns.

2) Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of art directors, copywriters, and multimedia designers.

3) Spearhead creative strategy and visual storytelling for high-stakes developer and agency pitches.

4) Translate complex architectural blueprints and floor plans into emotional, high-impact marketing visuals.

5) Oversee multi-channel projects including mainline ads, print brochures.

Requirements and Skills:

1) Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.

2) 8+ years of creative agency experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

3) A world-class portfolio showing breakthrough campaigns; real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

4) Deep understanding of lifestyle marketing and spatial, digital, and print advertising media.
