Role Description The Design Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for guiding multidisciplinary design teams in delivering AI-enabled commercial interior projects. This role includes overseeing concept development, coordinating detailed design and product specifications, and ensuring alignment with client requirements, brand guidelines, and functional needs. The Design Team Lead will manage project timelines, collaborate with AI and technical teams to integrate digital tools into the design process, and conduct regular design reviews to uphold quality and consistency. Daily responsibilities also involve mentoring team members, facilitating communication among stakeholders, presenting design proposals to clients, and supporting smooth execution from initial briefing through final handover.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and motivate design and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Product Design skills to oversee design lifecycles, manage resources, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Professional experience in commercial interior design, architecture, or related fields, preferably with exposure to AI-enabled or tech-driven workflows.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., CAD, BIM, 3D modeling, rendering software); familiarity with VR or interactive visualization is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus.
