Owning the onboarding process for new revenue hires, the remote Enablement Program Specialist will design, launch, and manage continuous enablement programs to ensure customer-facing teams ramp quickly and maintain their skills over time. Key Responsibilities Continuously improve onboarding for new revenue hires from pre-boarding through ramp milestones Design, launch, and manage recurring enablement programs for skill development and process rollouts Partner with frontline managers and sales leadership to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted programs Required Qualifications 2-4+ years in revenue/sales enablement with program and onboarding ownership experience Demonstrated ability to design and scale enablement programs in fast-paced environments Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail Data-driven mindset comfortable using performance metrics to iterate on programs Experience using AI tools to enhance learning environments is a plus
