Our mission is to<br />• Preserve Culture • Protect Nature • Promote Peace<br />while creating meaningful travel experiences for guests from around the world.<br /><strong>About the Role: </strong> <br />Bilwa Retreats is looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor &amp; Content Creator Intern to produce <br />engaging visual content that showcases travel experiences, destinations, retreats, and the Bilwa Retreats <br />brand across social media and digital platforms.<br /><strong>Responsibilities: </strong> <br />• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. <br />• Create engaging travel videos, promotional content, and storytelling edits. <br />• Add transitions, captions, music, and motion graphics to enhance video quality. <br />• Assist in planning and creating content ideas for social media campaigns. <br />• Organize and manage raw footage, photos, and digital assets. <br />• Collaborate and maintain brand consistency across all content.<br /><strong>Requirements: </strong> <br />• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. <br />• Basic understanding of social media content trends and short-form video editing. <br />• Creativity with strong storytelling and visual communication skills. <br />• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. <br />• Portfolio or previous editing work is preferred. <br />• Have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection available.<br /><strong>Benefits </strong> <br />• Certificate of Completion <br />• Remote work <br />• Hands-on experience working with a growing travel startup <br />• Opportunity to participate in Bilwa Retreats trips and events <br />• Opportunity for future paid roles (Based on Performance &amp; Availability) <br />• Letter of Recommendation (Based on Performance)<br /><strong>Our Approach: </strong> <br />We believe in learning by doing.
