Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own the full data center lifecycle: concept, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout- Lead day-to-day construction oversight and report project health to executive stakeholders- Drive design from Basis of Design through construction documents- Coordinate engineering teams, site developers, general contractors, and technical vendors- Manage data hall fit-out: busway, PDUs, fiber infrastructure, Cat6 networks, server cabinets, and hot aisle containment- Track cost, schedule, scope, and risk across multiple projects- Review and manage RFIs, engineering questions, and submittals- Track engineering deliverables, equipment deliveries, installations, and commissioning milestones- Run contractor, developer, and engineering meetings to keep every stakeholder aligned- Build and manage internal and external design teams
WHAT YOU BRING- 7+ years of construction project management experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field- Strong command of construction processes, MEP and engineering coordination, and project delivery- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once- Strong leadership, communication, xzbcwsv and organization skills
STRONGLY PREFERRED- Data center design and/or construction experience (hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise)- Experience on other complex builds: hospitals, labs, high-rise commercial, manufacturing plants/fabs, power plants, or substations- Commissioning experience (Levels 1-5)- Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam- PE, RA, or NCARB (preferred, not required)
