Experience in Operating

• Dry Van

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license and required endorsements.
• Owner-operator with a road-ready tractor.
• Verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Acceptable driving record and safety history.
• Reliable tractor maintenance and inspection practices
• Ability to operate OTR across assigned lanes.
• Strong communication and on-time service.
• Ability to complete carrier onboarding and lease-on paperwork.
• Willingness to follow dispatch and tracking requirements.
• Agreement to Trophy trailer-use and operating policies.
