This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and leading all kitchen personnel, ordering, food and labor cost management, creating relationships with vendors and local farmers, collaborating on menu creation and daily specials, and expediting.
REQUIREMENTS:Availability to work nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to lift 30+ poundsDOH Food Protection Certification
