Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the nursing team during shifts
• Ensure high-quality patient care, medication administration, and safety standards
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure NABH/compliance requirements
• Mentor and train junior nursing staff
• Manage shift planning, staffing, and quality audits

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
• 4+ years of nursing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
