The Finance Manager drives the company's financial health by implementing advanced financial models, managing ERP and financial reporting systems, and working collaboratively with operations and procurement teams to enhance cost efficiency. A deep understanding of the financial dynamics within quick service restaurants, FMCG, organized retail, or similar sectors will be advantageous. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, monthly financial plans, and rolling forecasts to support strategic business goals.
• Forecast revenues, operating expenses, profitability, and working capital requirements to ensure sound financial planning.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance reports to track business health and assist management in decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow closely and anticipate future funding needs to maintain financial stability.
• Implement and uphold financial controls, establish expenditure approval procedures, and promote financial discipline across the organization.
• Analyze product pricing, food costs, gross margins, and outlet profitability to identify financial improvement areas.
• Compare actual financial results against budgets, investigate variances, and provide detailed explanations and recommendations.
• Create and update financial models for break-even analysis, investment appraisals, and new outlet feasibility assessments.
• Design and maintain management dashboards and key financial performance indicators to provide visibility and insights into financial operations.
• Oversee accounting processes, point-of-sale reconciliation, inventory controls, supplier payments, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and management teams to identify and implement cost efficiency measures.
• Support the implementation and integration of ERP systems, point-of-sale systems, and financial reporting tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Advise senior management on financial risks, opportunities for cost optimization, and strategies for sustainable business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five finance professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Establish financial systems and processes from the ground up that can support the companys scaling and expansion goals.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards while promoting best practices in financial planning and analysis.
