Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will work closely with children experiencing developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges, helping them build essential life skills and achieve greater independence in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, evaluate, and treat children with developmental, sensory processing, motor, and functional difficulties Design and implement individualized intervention plans based on each child's strengths and needs Conduct engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions to support skill development and independence Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports Provide parent coaching and home-based strategies to reinforce therapy goals outside sessions Support children in developing fine motor, gross motor, sensory regulation, self-care, and daily living skills

What We're Looking For

Experience in assessing and managing sensory processing, motor coordination, developmental, and functional performance challenges in children Strong expertise in pediatric occupational therapy across diverse developmental needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport and work empathetically with children and families Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) Valid AIOTA registration or relevant state licensure Experience in clinical documentation, goal setting, and progress tracking
