About the role

The Account Manager role at Madafu Designs is a full-time position based in Mumbai, structured as a hybrid role that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

On a day-to-day basis,

• You’ll manage client relationships, turn conversations into clear briefs, align teams and timelines, and keep commitments on track.
• Document precisely, communicate clearly, own outcomes, anticipate next steps, and help teammates succeed.
