As we continue to expand access to world-class cardiovascular care, Village Heart & Vein, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Electrophysiology team in Lady Lake, Florida.

This is an outpatient-focused opportunity to work alongside experienced electrophysiologists and Advanced Practice Providers while caring for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders in a collaborative cardiology practice setting. The ideal candidate will have prior electrophysiology experience and a passion for delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. This role offers a balance of autonomy in managing your patient schedule while providing the opportunity to play an active role in our newly designed outpatient AFib Clinic.

What You'll Do

Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other electrophysiology conditions

Provide ongoing care coordination and management for general EP patients

Play an active role in the outpatient AFib Clinic

Review and interpret EKGs, ambulatory monitors, cardiac imaging, and laboratory studies

Manage antiarrhythmic and cardiovascular medications

Assist with the management and follow-up of patients with implantable cardiac devices

Collaborate with electrophysiologists on device programming and ongoing device management

Provide patient education regarding arrhythmias, cardiac devices, treatment options, and procedural care

Qualifications

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start

3-5 years of electrophysiology APP experience required

Cardiac device programming experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
