Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Key Responsibilities 1. Component Development Lead end-to-end development of gears & shafts for 2W applications (engine and transmission systems). Work on new product development (NPD), localization, and design change activities. Ensure technical specifications, drawings, and manufacturing requirements to be met. 3. Supplier Development Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for gear and shaft manufacturing. Drive APQP, PPAP approvals with suppliers. Ensure supplier readiness for mass production. 4. Manufacturing Process Management Monitor and optimize key processes: Forging / Bar machining Gear hobbing, shaping, shaving/grinding Heat treatment (carburizing, hardening, tempering, nitriding) Surface finishing Ensure adherence to process capability (Cp, Cp
