Cone Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist Lead to support high-quality patient care in our collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will lead surgical tech staff, coordinate daily OR activities, ensure proper instrumentation and sterile technique, and collaborate closely with surgeons and nurses. You will help mentor team members, support process improvements, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.
