Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and proactive Interior Designer to join our growing Interior Design team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience and be capable of independently managing interior design projects while mentoring interns and junior designers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative design concepts, space planning, and material selections.
Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and client presentations.
Create and review 3D models, renderings, and visualizations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution matches approved designs.
Manage project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
Train, guide, and mentor interns.
Maintain design quality and drawing standards.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of residential interior design and detailing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
2-3 years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
Experience in residential interior projects is preferred.
