Senior Sales Executive

PlatformWise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sr. Sales Executive to drive growth across our AEC/MFG product, training, and services portfolio. If you come from the BIM/CAD industry and know how to build relationships, handle objections, and close deals — we'd love to talk.

What you'll do

• Drive product sales for the AEC/MFG industry (CAD, BIM, and related software solutions)
• Sell BIM training programs to engineering firms, design studios, and manufacturers
• Sell services including automation and BIM implementation
• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across your territory
• Handle customer objections in coordination with the technical team
• Travel regularly across Maharashtra to meet clients in Pune, Nashik & other Tier-1/2/3 markets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM industry or CAD sales (mandatory)
• Engineering background — diploma or degree (mandatory); MBA is a plus
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process
• Comfortable with frequent regional travel
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams during the sales process

Compensation

₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA , plus sales incentives and target-based bonuses
