Key Skills :

experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings. Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge. Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc Preference for experience in developers office Co-ordination with all external consultants on board Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board Good Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
