Experience: 12-15+ years

Education : Any Graduation or (MBA preferred)

Designation: DGM/GM

Job Description: Identify enterprise customer needs and translate them into differentiated technology propositions. Develop and commercialize solutions across networking, SD-WAN/SASE, cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, AI infrastructure, Io T/edge, and digital transformation. Identify new revenue streams, whitespace opportunities, and strategic growth areas. Take propositions from ideation through validation, pilot, launch, and scale. Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, Hyperscalers, system integrators, and ecosystem partners. Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, COOs, and CXOs to understand business challenges and create measurable value. Define commercial models, pricing, business cases, GTM strategy, and profitability. Lead cross-functional teams across sales, product, technology, finance, and operations.

Ideal Candidate Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise technology, telecom, IT services, digital transformation, or related sectors. Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, and emerging technologies. Demonstrated track record of building new businesses/propositions and delivering revenue growth. Strong commercial, strategic, customer engagement, and business development capabilities. Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
