Job Description
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.
Configure Service Territories, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Resource Scheduling.
Manage Dispatcher Console and scheduling optimization processes.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Support Field Service Mobile application deployment and enhancements.
Integrate Salesforce FSL with ERP, CRM, inventory, and third-party systems.
Automate field service workflows and business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
Conduct testing, UAT, deployment, and release management activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability.
Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
