Job Ad – Operations Head
Role: Operations Head
Budget: Up to ₹60 LPA
Experience: Minimum 10 years in FMCG/Personal Care operations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end operations : manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, customer fulfillment.
Drive customer service KPIs : Fill Rate, OTIF, and inventory accuracy.
Oversee demand planning with close coordination between manufacturing units and sales.
Ensure manufacturing excellence : process optimization, compliance (ISO, GMP), and productivity improvement.
Own cost and efficiency initiatives with direct impact on P&L.
Provide strong people leadership , managing large teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
