Responsibilities Broker and supervise a portion of a Broker’s book of business, focused on, but not limited to renewalsPrepare submissions for markets and secure quotesMaintain excellent client and agent relationshipsAssist Brokers to develop and execute marketing plans to drive new and renewal business, including in-person agency visits, telemarketing and distributing marketing materialsSupervise execution of company underwriting guidelines, corporate policy and procedures, and compliance with contract termsMentor and train Assistant Brokers as neededBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 2 years of Broker support or industry experienceDemonstrated proficiency in sales and marketingProven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detailInterest in continued education and professional development
