Work Exp - 5–8 Years Experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery .

Job type - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding, KYC and customer master data .
• Handle pricing inputs including diamond rates, labour charges, gold loss and other commercial parameters.
• Manage end-to-end sales orders from quotation to invoicing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, QC, Certification, Logistics and Finance teams.
• Track order TATs, delivery timelines and documentation accuracy .
• Lead the back-office team, allocate work and monitor productivity.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, billing and order processing .

Key Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Sales Operations / Back Office, preferably in jewellery .
• Strong understanding of diamonds, gold, jewellery costing and order processing .
• Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination .
• Good ERP/CRM skills; jewellery ERP experience preferred.
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
