Project Details Luxury high-rise multifamily development located in Aventura, Florida Premium residential tower featuring luxury apartment residences Extensive amenity package including upscale common areas and resident spaces High-end interior finishes and detailed architectural design throughout Opportunity to work alongside an experienced project team on a flagship South Florida development Job Description Oversee daily interior construction activities from rough finishes through final completion Manage all interior trades including drywall, paint, flooring, millwork, cabinetry, countertops, doors, hardware, and finishes Coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity and meet project milestones Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and luxury finish standards Support schedule management, inspections, unit turnovers, punch list completion, and project closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
