Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing valuations, analyzing complex capital structures, coordinating with external valuation providers and auditors, preparing valuation committee materials, and supporting improvements to valuation processes and reporting.
Ideal Background:3+ years of experience in private market valuationsKnowledge of fair value methodologies, enterprise xzbcwsv valuation approaches, and complex capital structuresStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsCFA, CPA, ASA, or progress toward a relevant certification preferred
