I need deep clean on 10/19 before mortgage appraiser comes, then light cleaning once a month after that. For window cleaning, there are only 3 large windows in LR to be cleaned. Initial deep clean will not include floors in kitchen or bedroom, since new floors in those rooms are being installed 10/15. Monthly cleanup will not include dish washing, laundry, or litter box cleaning The condo is 2 BR, but 1BR is art studio, so it will not be included in cleaning. I am 80-yr old retiree, so I need some help!
