Responsibleformarketdevelopmentandclientacquisitionforthecompany’scourierservices,achievingsalestargets.
Developnewclientaccounts,maintainexistingclientrelationships,andcontinuouslyimprovecustomersatisfactionandbusinessgrowth.
DeeplyunderstandtheUKcouriermarket,withakeyfocusonexpandingtheLargeParcelDeliverybusiness.
Developandexecuteregionalsalesplans,analyzemarketdynamicsandcompetitoractivities,andcontinuouslyexpandmarketshare.
Managingasmallteamof1-2people.
Collaboratecloselywithoperationsandcustomerserviceteamstoprovideprofessionalandefficientlogisticssolutions.
Conductregularclientvisitstobuildlong-term,stablerelationships.
Gathermarketfeedbackandclientrequirementstoadviseoncompanybusinessdevelopment.
UKCourierSalesSupervisor-TheSkillsYou'llNeedtoSucceed:
GoodcommandofEnglishwithexcellentbusinesscommunicationandnegotiationskills.
ValidUKdrivinglicense;willingtotravelacrosstheUKforclientvisits.
Strongclientacquisitionskillsandsharpmarketawareness.
SalesexperienceintheUKcourier/expressindustry.
ExperienceintheLargeParcelDeliverysectorisstronglypreferred.
PriorexperienceworkingincompaniessuchasDX,XDP,BJSDistribution,FedEx,DHL,UPS,DPD,Tuffnells,orsimilarUKcouriercompaniesishighlypreferred.
FamiliarwiththeUKcouriermarketandbusinessmodels.
Proventrackrecordinbusinessdevelopmentandaccountmanagement.
Teammanagementexperience.
Strongcapabilitytoworkindependentlyandconsistentlymeetsalestargets.
