PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
  
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time with required quality standards.
  
• Manage manpower and allocate work across production lines.
  
• Monitor raw materials, production processes and finished products.
  
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene and food safety standards .
  
• Monitor production wastage, yield and process losses.
  
• Maintain production records, reports and shift-wise data.
  
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
  
• Identify production issues and take corrective action.
  
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
  
• Support implementation of process improvements and productivity initiatives.
  

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production or related field.
  
• Experience: 2–5 years in food manufacturing / bakery / FMCG production.
  
• Good knowledge of production processes and food manufacturing practices.
  
• Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
  
• Ability to work in shifts.
  
• Good communication and reporting skills.
  

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Bakery, Cakes, Bread, Snacks, QSR, FMCG or other food manufacturing industries will be preferred.
