The Role

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor to join our creative team in Chennai. You'll edit short-form videos for personal branding campaigns, social media content, and marketing pieces built to grow audiences.

What You'll Do

• Cut raw footage into polished short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Trim, sequence, and pace clips with sharp storytelling

• Add transitions, sound design, and visual effects

• Apply basic color correction for a clean, consistent look

• Build motion graphics and text overlays that support the message

• Export in the right format and ratio for each platform

• Hold brand style steady across projects

• Juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Pitch ideas that push content quality up

Who We're Looking For

• Based in Chennai (this is a full-time, on-site role)

• 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Solid understanding of short-form video trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Good eye for color, pacing, and small details

• Open to feedback and comfortable in a fast-moving team

• Diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or equivalent practical experience

Salary

• ₹15000 to ₹18,000 per month
