Competitive salary and benefits About Our Client This construction firm is an Oklahoma based construction company with a primary focus on structural concrete work in the commercial and industrial markets. Projects include education, municipal, warehouse, multifamily and more. Job Description Reporting into Project Leadership, the Concrete Superintendent will oversee field execution of structural concrete projects including education, warehouse, recreation, and municipal developments. The Concrete Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate all onsite structural concrete activities Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with project management and client stakeholders throughout project execution Maintain quality control standards and resolve field issues proactively Support workforce planning and productivity initiatives across multiple project locations Travel to project sites as required, with company-provided housing and travel support MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Concrete Superintendent we are seeking: Previous experience working for a concrete contractor, not a general contractor Proven structural concrete experience including foundations, elevated decks, walls, or similar scopes Experience leading field operations on commercial or industrial projects Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments Strong communication and team leadership skills Open to both experienced Superintendents and emerging field leaders ready to take the next step Ideally located in Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas, or North Texas/DFW preferred Experience with education, warehouse, recreation, municipal, industrial, or large commercial projects is advantageous What's on Offer Competitive base salary dependent upon experience Company truck Company gas card provided Company-paid housing while travelling Daily per diem paid in addition to company-covered travel and hotel expenses 100% company-paid employee medical coverage for salaried Superintendents 60% company-paid dependent medical coverage Paid holidays and vacation program 401(k) Company-issued iPad and cell phone, with laptop available if needed </p>
