Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions related to retention, account recovery, collections, and upselling . Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. Promote relevant products and services to maximize customer value and revenue. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established processes. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex cases when required. Consistently achieve quality, productivity, and performance targets . Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline. Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in Retention, Recovery, Collections, or Upselling. Hospitality background is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to handle US voice interactions . C1 US Voice Versant certification/level preferred. Strong customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . ⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in customer retention and revenue generation .
