Role & responsibilities

The Plant Manager position is responsible for :

- Oversee daily operations of the LPG plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production processes.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.

- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.

- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.

- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance plant performance.

- Prepare and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards.
