UP Health System – Portage seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in our community hospital in Houghton, MI. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore function, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in the EMR. This role offers broad clinical exposure, strong teamwork, and the chance to impact a close-knit Upper Peninsula community.
