  • Handle calibration, servicing and repair of gauges, measuring instruments and metrology equipment used in the plant and metrology laboratory.
  • Ensure proper calibration and availability of measuring instruments and standards for production and inspection activities.
  • Maintain calibration records, certificates and equipment history as per defined standards.
  • Should have good knowledge of SPC, MSA and Quality Core Tools.
  • Independently manage metrology/standards room activities during shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and TQM requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve measurement and calibration-related issues.
  • Hands-on experience in machining is mandatory.
