As a key member of the care team, you will provide comprehensive nursing services to diverse patient populations, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety during each shift. Key Qualifications: Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year of recent nursing experience in a Med-Surg setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation Current BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Schedule/Hours: Flexible shifts available (Days, Nights, or Weekends, depending on facility needs) Primary Responsibilities: Deliver safe and effective nursing care across a variety of adult medical-surgical cases Monitor and assess patients' health status, reporting any changes promptly Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and IV therapies Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to create and implement individualized care plans Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families Accurately document all nursing interventions and patient responses in the EMR Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment Adhere to infection prevention and patient safety protocols at all times Benefits: Professional support throughout your assignment Opportunities for contract extension and advancement Ready to make a meaningful impact in medical-surgical nursing? to take the next step in your nursing career and contribute your expertise where it's needed most. $1,384 - $1,514/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates.
