Costain is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Area 14 Highways Maintenance team in the North East of England. You will manage main and subcontract accounts and provide commercial and contractual advice to maximise margin, while supporting and coaching the project team.Based in the North East, you will work with our JV partner Jacobs to deliver commercial leadership on cyclical maintenance, reactive works, incident response and minor capital interventions for the National Highways
