We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our client base! The ideal candidate is proactive in spotting new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and executing smart sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Submit well-crafted proposals on freelancing platforms to attract potential clients.


• Conduct targeted research to identify and gather high-quality prospects and leads.


• Accurately maintain and organize client data within the CRM system.


• Manage initial client conversations to understand their needs and build rapport.


• Understand client needs to effectively promote company services and propose tailored solutions.


• Coordinate with the team by scheduling qualified meetings with interested prospects.


• Provide timely follow-ups and gather feedback to support ongoing client engagement and satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Experience: Fresh – 1 Year


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BSCS/SE) or a related field


• Ability to work in the Night Shift


• Strong time management and planning skills


• Proficiency in English (written & verbal)


• Willingness to learn and adapt to software development processes


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to build rapport with clients


• Knowledge of online freelancing portals (a plus)
