Location: Phoenix, AZ (5 locations)Hours: 7:30am -5:30pm (M-F) *pick your own schedule*Compensation: $95K-$115K, with relocation assistance if needed!Environment: We are in need of center based, BCBAs in AZJob Description:· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing clinical oversight, program management, and ethical ABA treatment for clients ranging from 18 months old into adulthood, with a heavy emphasis on children ages 2–10.· The primary function of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is to plan, develop, and monitor a variety of behavior interventions to meet the needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challengesQualifications:Must:Possess BCBA certification xzbcwsv Active AZ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) LicenseCompletion of the BCBA mandated 8-hour supervision training to legally manage RBTsBenefits:-Health, Dental, Vision, 401k- 80 hours of PTO- 1 CEU Day- CEU Reimbursement- Holidays off-Ability to start ASAP
