Qualification - Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Experience

12-15 yrs with transmission line tower project & exposure of handling Private customers

  Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. 1.Project Planning

o Define project goals and objectives.

o Develop the project plan, schedule, and budget.

o Identify required resources.

2. Team Management

o Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

o Motivate and guide the project team.

o Resolve conflicts and encourage collaboration.

3. Communication

o Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.

o Provide regular progress updates.

o Conduct meetings and maintain clear communication.

4. Risk Management

o Identify potential risks.

o Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

o Monitor risks throughout the project.

5. Budget and Cost Control

o Prepare and manage the project budget.

o Track expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.

o Approve project-related expenditures when necessary.

6. Time Management

o Create and monitor the project schedule.

o Ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

o Address delays and implement corrective actions.

7. Quality Management

o Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

o Monitor project performance.

o Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements.

8. Stakeholder Management

o Identify stakeholders and understand their expectations.

o Manage stakeholder relationships.

o Keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

9. Problem Solving and Decision Making

o Identify issues affecting the project.

o Analyse alternatives and make informed decisions.

o Take corrective actions to keep the project on track.

10. Project Closure

o Ensure all project objectives are achieved and ensure project handover.
