Project Manager – Data and Analytics

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data and Analytics initiatives , with a focus on Snowflake migrations, SAP data migrations, or similar projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data governance, and stakeholder collaboration , ensuring seamless execution of data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project management for data migration initiatives, particularly involving Snowflake, SAP, or other data platforms .
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with IT teams, data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

1. Risk and Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.

1. Data Governance and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements .
• Oversee data quality and integrity throughout the migration process.

1. Agile Methodologies

• Apply Agile or hybrid project management frameworks to drive efficiency and adaptability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management , preferably in data migration, analytics, or IT projects .
• Familiarity with Snowflake, SAP, or similar data platforms (direct experience is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills .
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies .
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Background in data governance, compliance, or security .
