Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. , India's largest loan distributor, is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Bank, NBFC and DSA sales professionals who have a strong local market network and can generate business independently.

Location: PAN INDIA (On-site | Field Sales)

We're looking for professionals with 2+ years of experience in loan sales from:

• Banks
• NBFCs
• DSAs
• Financial Services Companies

Candidates should have a strong customer and referral network in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai or nearby markets and the ability to source business independently.

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

• Home Loans (HL)
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Business Loans (BL)
• Personal Loans (PL)
• Working Capital Finance

• Generate new loan business through self-sourcing and market networking.
• Build relationships with CAs, builders, property consultants, connectors, SMEs and business owners.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Coordinate with multiple Banks & NBFCs to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Manage the complete journey from lead generation to disbursement.
• Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• ✅ Currently working in Bank/NBFC/DSA sales
• ✅ Experience in HL, LAP, BL or PL sales
• ✅ Strong self-sourcing and market acquisition skills
• ✅ Established business network in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai
• ✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• ✅ Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales
