E-Commerce Accountant

HYV is a premium hydration and wellness brand from India. Current lineup includes insulated bottles and tumblers built for people who take their health seriously. We sell D2C, on Amazon, Flipkart and to some of India's best companies through corporate gifting. We're a small, funded team scaling 5–10x over the next 12 months, and we run on modern systems (AI-assisted operations, weekly metrics cadence, zero bureaucracy). You'll work directly with the founder. Pace is fast, standards are high, and ownership is real.

The role: You are the operational backbone of a fast-growing D2C brand. You own our books AND our daily order engine.

What you'll do

- Process daily orders and generate shipping labels + manifests on Unicommerce ; run returns/RTO

- Keep our books on Tally : entries, ledgers, vendor payments

- File GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) end-to-end, on time, every time

- Reconcile marketplace settlements vs orders vs bank; weekly inventory reconciliation with the warehouse team

- Coordinate the label → packing → dispatch flow with our warehouse team

You have: 2–5 years in accounts at an e-commerce/D2C company · Tally + GST filing hands-on (non-negotiable) · Unicommerce/Easyecom/Vinculum experience preferred · strong Excel · obsessive about clean reconciliation.
