Role : Business Development Manager/Executive (Bengaluru)

We're looking for someone with a real sales track record, not just outreach experience, someone who's actually closed deals and can show us numbers. You'll be a founding member of our sales team, owning the full sales cycle for ScholarSync: identifying and reaching schools, coaching institutes, and corporate L&D teams, running demos, negotiating, and converting. This is a revenue-owning role, not a lead-gen or support function.

You'll be based in Bengaluru and will need to come down to our WeWork office in Bellandur periodically for team syncs and planning, most of the work is field/outreach driven.

We're open to candidates restarting their careers after a break as well.

Who we want

• 2 to 5 years of experience with actual conversion numbers you can speak to, not customer success, account management, or support roles.

• Comfortable owning outreach to close independently, not just qualifying leads for someone else.

• Existing contacts or client relationships in the education space are a strong plus

• Based in Bengaluru.

• Freshers will not be considered for this role. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience, please don't apply , we're looking for someone at this specific stage

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, with periodic visits to WeWork, Bellandur.

• 3-month probation period, continuation based on performance.
