About the Role
We are looking for creative and experienced Senior Interior Designers to join our growing team across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential interior design, client management, space planning, and project execution.
Location : Pan India - Surat, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Guwahati, Ghaziabad
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing designs.
- Create design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective design solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior designers when required.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Residential Interior Design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3 Ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furnishings, and design trends.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
