Fund Finance Associate - Global, Impact-Driven

We are seeking a motivated Finance Associate to support our fund management, reporting, and accounting activities. This role provides exposure to fund operations, portfolio monitoring, and investor relations in a dynamic impact finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for funds and management entities.
• Support month-end and quarter-end accounting close, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
• Assist with loan disbursements, monitoring borrower repayments, and tracking loan portfolios.
• Support the preparation of investor reports, quarterly financial statements, and fund Management Fee calculations.
• Coordinate with external service providers (fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors).
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with fund policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• ACCA, CA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to QuickBooks, or fund administration systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a global, fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
