Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Chat & Voice)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team . The role involves handling customer queries through both Voice and Chat channels , providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through voice calls and chat support .
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
• Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during interactions.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is Mandatory (Any Discipline).
• Freshers can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.

Shift Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts , including night shifts .
• Rotational weekly offs as per business requirements.
