Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Mumbai. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and tracking students' development. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, facilitating classroom activities, and effective communication with students, parents, and fellow staff members to support the emotional, social, and academic growth of the children. Qualifications Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create engaging and age-appropriate learning materials Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and methodologies Effective Communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues Experience working with Kindergarten-age children Ability to maintain a positive and safe learning environment Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field is preferred Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children Familiarity with student assessment and progress tracking processes
