Job Description Plan, execute, and finalize interior construction projects within specified deadlines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Review project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and quality standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Interiors Division should have: Experience managing construction projects, particularly in the interiors sector. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Familiarity with construction safety standards and building codes. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project demands.
